The League of Off-Broadway Theatres and Producers, Inc. is party to three collective bargaining agreements, those with Actors' Equity Association (AEA), the Association of Theatrical Press Agents and Managers (ATPAM), and the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers (SSDC).

The Actors' Equity Association agreement is a four-year agreement that will expire on October 25, 2009.

The ATPAM agreement, a five-year agreement which expired on June 30, 2006, was ratified by the League's general membership on August 27, 2001. The SSDC agreement is a four-year agreement, which will expire on June 30, 2010.

We have provided PDF files of the (ATPAM, SSDC, AEA) agreements here for your convenience. League member productions should be advised that certain "side letter agreements" with AEA and SSDC are available to them in the "Members Only" section of this website.
