The League of Off-Broadway Theatres and Producers, Inc. is party to two collective bargaining agreements, those with Actors' Equity Association (AEA) and the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC).
The Actors' Equity Association agreement is a three-year agreement that will expire on November 4, 2012.
The SDC agreement is a four-year agreement, which will expire on June 30, 2010.
We have provided PDF files of the (SDC, AEA) agreements here for your convenience. League member productions should be advised that certain "side letter agreements" with AEA and SDC are available to them in the "Members Only" section of this website. Until language is finalized on the current AEA agreement, you are linked to the expired agreement. For updates to the agreement, please see the document entitled "AEA Summary 2009-2012".

AEA Summary 2009-2012
On June 30, 2006, the contract between the Association of Theatrical Press Agents and Managers (ATPAM) and the Off-Broadway League expired. At that time, the parties reached impasse. There is currently no collectively bargained agreement between the parties, although ATPAM may seek to exercise jurisdiction over an Off-Broadway production that is not covered by the terms of the expired contract, and may seek to enter into an individual contract with such a production.
